Estatutos de la Central Unitaria de Trabajadores /as de Chile

Estatutos de la Central Unitaria de Trabajadores establece los principios y objetivos de la organización, así como las condiciones para ejercer el derecho a la información y documentación de la CUT. El documento también incluye información sobre la elección de autoridades y la estructura organizativa de la CUT.

Los Estatuto de la Central Unitaria de Trabajadores se basa en la fundación de la organización, que tuvo lugar durante el Congreso Nacional Constituyente de los Trabajadores de Chile en agosto de 1988. En dicho congreso, se decidió establecer la Central Unitaria de Trabajadores como una entidad que agrupa a trabajadores manuales e intelectuales, sin importar si trabajan de forma dependiente o independiente. La organización se compromete a no discriminar por motivos de sexo, raza, religión, nacionalidad, ideas filosóficas, militancia u opinión política. Los principios, programa y plataforma de lucha, así como los acuerdos y resoluciones democráticamente acordados, son aceptados por los miembros de la CUT.
